Frequently asked questions

What platform do I have to visit to apply?

We use a job platform called Workable. You'll be redirected to the platform by selecting one of the current job openings. As NDI is part of Vizrt, you might see references to Vizrt in the workable pages for each job opening.

When can I expect a reply?
We try to get back to you in around 1–2 weeks at the latest.
Which language is the recruitment in?

Every step of the recruitment process will be conducted in English as this is our main business language. Please ensure you apply in English as well. Specific job openings will inform you in the case of any exceptions.

What should I expect from the interview?
During the interviews, we want to go past your resume and get to know you better, from your biggest strengths to your areas of improvement. There might be a few practical questions or case studies here and there.
Is any step of the recruitment process in-office?

As a highly-flexible global company, our recruitment process is typically fully through virtual formats. For roles that are near an office there could be an opportunity to visit the office during the interview process. However, this shouldn't stop you from visiting one of our physical offices, in case you're near one!
