Since joining NDI in 2022, Miguel has taken on a variety of senior roles in product, business development and operations, acting as a driving force for growth. Now as Head of NDI, his focus is one scaling NDI to its fullest potential. Previously, he worked on product and innovation focused projects for a variety of corporate and public organizations across Europe.
Andy Carluccio is the Head of Client Innovation at Zoom, following Zoom’s 2021 acquisition of his broadcast technology startup, Liminal. Carluccio has an intersectional background in both computer science and performance art. For several years, he has worked in professional, community, and academic contexts to explore how entertainment and live experiences can be re-imagined in the digital age. Carluccio is the creator of several advanced tools for Zoom-based remote contribution into professional broadcast systems, including ZoomISO, Tiles, and Custom AV for Zoom Rooms. Carluccio currently leads Zoom’s product and engineering teams for professional media technologies and manages Zoom’s broadcast integration partnerships.
Fintan joined Ideal Systems Group in 2011 to establish their Southeast Asia (SEA) business which now has offices in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Jakarta. Subsequently Ideal have built studios, facilities and systems for RTM, SingTel, MediaCorp, Sony Pictures, Fox Sports, Astro, Globecast, Encompass Digital Media, CNN, Metro TV, CNBC, SUKE.TV, iFAST.TV, Football Association of Malaysia and Football Association of Singapore (FIFA Certified), META, and many more. Fintan is a member of the ABU’s Engineering Excellence Awards panel of judges. Prior to joining Ideal, Fintan established OmniBus Systems office in APAC (Now Grass Valley) and has over 25 years in broadcast technology roles in Asia, US and Europe.
Jeff Moore is the Executive Vice-President, Chief Marketing Officer, and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Ross Video, a global leader in live video production solutions for broadcast, sports, entertainment, legislative, worship, and corporate facilities. Jeff is responsible for day-to-day business execution: managing sales, marketing, and product management, while contributing to the executive team’s strategy and vision of the company.Â

Joining Ross in 1997, Jeff has been integrally involved in the company’s dramatic rise from a small, 50-person niche company to a premier player in live video production technology with a global presence. He has helped build the Ross Video team and culture, which has forged many new corporate relationships with customers and business partners, dramatically expanding Ross’ market share worldwide.
With extensive experience in networking, professional audiovisual and channel distribution, Laurent Masia is Senior Director of Product Line Management for Managed Switches at NETGEAR. In that global role, he’s responsible for product portfolio management and international business development. At NETGEAR AV he also participates to the Pro-AV Engineering Services team (ProAVDesign@netgear.com) who offers design, installation, and technical support to AV customers, manufacturers, system integrators and consultants around the world. By facilitating the transition of HDMI transport from HDBase-T circuit switching to Ethernet packet switching for AV distribution, NETGEAR AV has become the clear worldwide leader in Pro-AV networking.
Mahmoud Al-Daccak is a seasoned media technology executive recognized for driving innovation and business growth across the streaming and broadcast ecosystem. He has led the development of award-winning technologies, including SRT and datacenter video acceleration products, earning two Emmy® Awards for Technology and Engineering. As Sr. Director at AMD and former CTO at Haivision, he has guided product strategy, scaled engineering teams, and steered companies through IPOs and major market expansion.
Steve joined at Vizrt in 2022 as the Vice President of R&D and is responsible for the globally distributed product engineering team. He has had an extensive career building and leading high-performing engineering teams globally, working closely with customers and product management. His experience includes more than 20 years from the broadcast industry (NDS, Cisco Service Provider Video, Synamedia) covering content discovery, video streaming, content security, and user experience solution.
